1. Scope of Application
LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM performs deliveries and services from orders in the LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM online shop exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions, in the version valid at the time of the placement of the order. The customer accepts these terms and conditions with the submission of the order.
Individual, written agreements between LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM and the customer may differ from these terms and conditions.
2. Products
The Product information in the LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM online shop are non-binding and LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM is not liable for its correctnes, completenes or currentness. Information may changed by LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM at any time. All information and details of products are non-binding and may be changed at any time.
The grading of coloura and clarity of our products are for general guidance only. We are not liable for diverting opinions regarding the grading of colour (hue, tone and saturation), clarity or cut grading classes.
Our product photos are processed by an image processing programme only to retouche dust and to adjust size and resolution. The look of a product may vary in different lighting (light colour, intensity), background and positioning and may divert from the photography.
3.Pricing
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). The display of prices in other currencies (US-Dollar, Euro) is based on fixed exchange rates, which may not agree with the current exchange rates. LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM checks the exchange rates regularly and adjusts them to the general level. The prices are for unpacked products without shipping cost. We may change prices at any time.
4. Orders
Orders are placed by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. indicating the intention to buy a product. Orders can be accepted then information about the respective gemstones, mineral specimens or other item (name, number and price) as well as the full name and address of the customer are provided. LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM is entitled to reject orders without providing reasons.
5. Payment Options
We accept payment throuhg Paypal or bank wire transfer. Bank details are submitted on request in the process of purchase.
For payment through Paypal we have to charge an extra cost of 2.5% of the tolal amount of the bill to cover the rather high Paypal charges.
6. Delivery
All items are dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received. Our standard postal service is Swiss Post. Please contact us if you wish an alternative shipping method or postal service.
For all international deliveries the customer is responsible for all customs or other fees occurring during delivery.
The below delivery cost and times are non-binding information. The final handling and shipping charges are calculated and communicated in the process of purchase, once an order has been submitted.

If packages are delivered in a damaged state the damage is to be documented (photo) and the postal service in writing. LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM is to be informed before opening the package. Otherwise LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM may refuse full refund.
7. Right of Withdrawal und Returns
Goods may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt without indication of reasons, as long as the goods are in original condition and packaging. The returning of goods is treated as formal withdrawal. The returning of goods is carried out at the cost, liability and the risk of the customer,except for the case of a wrong delivery through LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM.
Full refund for the price of the goods is granted for returned goods within the above conditions.
Goods that were produced to the specifications of the customer are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
All goods ordered by the customer remain property of LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM until full payment of the price including all occurring costs (handling, shipping, other costs) is received. In case the customer delays payment of ordered goods LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM is entiteled to withdraw.
9. Haftungsausschluss und Gewährleistung
LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM is not liable for errors and mistakes in pictures, photos, maps, prices, descriptions and other information or for delayed delivery or lost parcels.
LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM fullfilled all responsibilities from the order through the customer with handing over the goods to the transporter (postal service) and the benefit and the risks will pass automatically to the customer. LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM is not liable for the case that the transporter does not hand over the goods directly to the customer but, e.g. drops them in the customer's absence at the door or at a neighbour's.
The customer is responsible for checking the goods immediately after receipt. LUKUSUZIRIVER.COM is to be informed in writing within 7 days after receipt for damages or defects. In case of significant defects the customer has the right to demand a reduction of price.
10. Enactment
These terms and conditions are valid as of 23. July 2014. We are entitled to change them at any time. All changes are published here.
